What is a 'Wellbeing Toolkit'?

This is the welcome video when you sign into the Toolkit, and it give you an overview of the Toolkit and its functions.

How do I track my wellbeing?

The Toolkit allows you to track your wellbeing over time by answering questionnaires weekly. You can choose which questions you'd like to answer and when. Watch the video to find out how to set this up.

How do I change my wellbeing goals?

When you log in to the Toolkit, it asks you to set your wellbeing goals. This affects what questionnaires and wellbeing plans it recommends. You can change these at any time, watch the video to see how.

How do notifications work?

You'll sign up to email or text notifications when you log in for the first time. The video will show you how to access them and how to change your notification settings.

How do wellbeing plans work?

You can set goals and targets for your wellbeing using Wellbeing Plans. There are lots of plans built into the Toolkit which you can personalise to you, and add to your calendar on your phone/laptop. They are tailored to your University so can give you tips to navigate University support systems.
